We are open:

4. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for select products like hookahs, accessories, and charcoal. Contact us at 403-688-4140 for more details.

5. Can I place an order online?

7. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be in unused condition, with tags and original packaging. Contact us at returns@drshisha.ca to request a return.

Yes, you can return an item and purchase the replacement separately once your return is approved.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
