Return Policy
At Dr. Shisha, we aim to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@drshisha.ca. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the package back. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@drshisha.ca if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.

We will promptly assess and address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the replacement item separately.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing and posting the refund may take several business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
